Shipping Policy

All Niji Blankets products are made-to-order.

For blankets, please allow 3-4 weeks before items are ready to ship. For smaller items such as hats and scarves, please allow 1-2 weeks before shipment.

Order Cancellations or Amendments

To cancel or change an order, please contact jenni@ibj.io within 48 hours of your purchase. Orders that have already been started will only be partially refunded if cancelled. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be refunded. If you make a change to an order that has already been started, you will have to pay for any additional materials your amendment requires.
